Is Scuba ELearning right for me?

scuba website

Scuba eLearning, an online learning platform for professionals and educators, is a form of education. Scuba eLearning features engaging, prescriptive reviews on scuba principles. It also includes knowledge review through ReActivate online learning and a refresher in diving skills with PADI Professional. ReActivate certification cards are issued to divers who have successfully completed the program. Divers who have previously completed the program from another training organization may receive a ReActivate Recognition Card. ReActivate includes several scenarios and 20 main sections.

PADI eLearning is an internet based (online) form of study

PADI eLearning works in the same manner as traditional classroom learning, except that it is offered over the internet. Both the course content and instructor procedures are the same. However, there are some differences. The eLearning programs are not as detailed and comprehensive as traditional classroom courses. This means that students need to have an understanding of computers as well as Internet technology in order for them to benefit. The online courses can be used for anyone, regardless of their method.

Online courses can only be enrolled using your PADI eLearning login. PADI requires that students create an online account with their email address. This account can be used at no cost. To access your eLearning material, you must have a valid e-mail address. You must have your PADI training certificate with your correct mailing and email addresses in order to receive your temporary cards as well as your actual cards. An older photo of you from prior PADI certification courses is also acceptable.

PADI eLearning relies on assessment, remediation training, and response scoring. The online course includes Quick Quiz-Self Assessments (QQAs), which appear after each material segment. Answering a short quiz requires the student to choose an answer. If the student chooses an incorrect answer, the correct answer is shown and they are directed to the correct section. If they pass, they move onto the Knowledge Review.
