Sherwood Scuba produces a defective BC. This BC is not upto code and does NOT provide the information required to resolve the problem. Thomas Cranmer, a reader of Undercurrent, experienced a problem with his BC. Thomas sent Sherwood two times and completed the "Contact Us” form. But, he couldn't get an answer. In addition, there is no physical address listed on Sherwood's website. He eventually wrote a letter certified to the Irvine, California address that was on the company's brochures. The letter was returned, but without a forwarding address.
