Sherwood Scuba makes a defective BC that is not up to code and does not provide the contact information customers need to resolve the issue. Thomas Cranmer, a reader of Undercurrent, experienced a problem with his BC. Thomas sent Sherwood two times and completed the "Contact Us” form. But, he couldn't get an answer. Sherwood's website does not list a physical address. He eventually wrote a letter certified to the Irvine, California address that was on the company's brochures. The letter was returned, but without a forwarding address.
