PADI Advanced Freediver course
PADI Advanced is a great place to learn more about freediving. The course will help you learn how to breathe properly for longer dives and how to perform in apnea. This course will teach you how to rescue a freediver if necessary.
Once you have successfully completed the PADI Advanced Freediver course, you will be eligible to take the Instructor course. This is the next step in your freediving career. This course will test your ability to hold a static hold for three minutes 30 seconds and dynamic hold for 70 metres. The course also teaches you how to manage buoys and ropes, mouth fill, and no-fins divers. During the course, an instructor may allow you to assist.
NAUI Basic Freediver Course
The NAUI Basic Freediver course is for those who want to learn how to free dive and improve their free diving skills. The course is four hours long and includes classroom discussion as well as pool time. The course will give you the fundamentals, as well as the physics and physiological aspects of freediving. It also covers proper breathing techniques and equalization for deep diving. You must be at least 12 years old and have adequate swimming skills.
Before you enroll in a more advanced course, it is important that you have at minimum a bit of experience freediving. This course will help you learn the basics and prepare for advanced training. You can become a PADI Freediver once you have completed the course. A buddy can also freedive in an ocean or pool with you.
SSI Basic Freediver course
The SSI Basic Freediver Course will teach you all you need to be able to dive in the ocean. The course combines classroom training with practice in the water. This program includes one open water session and two pool sessions. You'll be certified as a SSI Basic Freediver at the completion of the course.
The SSI Basic Freediver training will allow you to swim 400 m, dive 50 m in CWT or freedive 20 meter, and then swim to the surface. It will also give you the skills and knowledge you need to dive to 40 meters or deeper. SSI certifications are recognized all over the globe. You will be able dive in all oceans. SSI Basic Freediver courses are also an excellent way to get wet and see whether you enjoy freediving or not.
molchanovs freediving course
The Molchanovs freediving program will help you go from beginner to a competitive freediver. You can choose from four levels of open-water courses or a Lap course to learn how to freedive in the pool. Once you have successfully completed the Lap, you can then move on and take the Wave course. It will teach you how safely to freedive open water.
