One of the four outcomes of the SDI Review process is approval, denial or remand for more information. Or recommendation for waiver. The review can be conducted either in-house, or by an outside consulting firm. It is intended to help businesses realize cost savings. SDI integrates seamlessly into existing portfolios and delivers mission-critical services. SDI offers managed service programs and independent contractor programs in addition to project management, business process outsourcing, and project management. In order to provide the best services to clients, the company integrates its business operations.
Results of sdi review include approval, denial and remand to obtain additional information or recommendation for waiver.
After receiving the SSDI review completed by the SSA, it determines whether to approve or deny and if it should remand for further information. The MDH Unit receives a memo from the SSA indicating whether the data related agreement is approved, delayed, or remanded. If the agreement is approved by the MDH Unit, execution may be started.
If an application has been denied, the SSA will issue a second notice. The applicant is allowed to request a hearing before the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) within sixty-five working days. This hearing is similar to those held on disability issues. You can have it in person, via phone, or by videoconference. The hearing will allow the applicant and his or her representative to bring witnesses to testify about issues and the context surrounding the denial. An ALJ may arrange for expert witness testimony to support the case. If the applicant loses, then the ALJ will write to the applicant stating the reasons. The hearing could take many months.

A disability review may take three to seven years. It could be denied, approved or remanded if the applicant needs additional information. The SSA could also conduct a disability assessment if the individual is able to work again after undergoing medical improvement.

Cognito Forms submitted a data-related agreement to SDI Team
A Data-Related Agreement (DRA) is a legal document which requires the approval of the SDI Team before execution. These agreements should be submitted through Cognito Formulas. The SDI Team has 30 days to review a Data-Related Agreement, and they may ask for more information such as security controls and a SOC 2 Type II audit. You can also ask additional questions such as questions about data migration.
Once a Data-Related Agreement was submitted, the SDI Team would review the documentation and propose contracts. The Agreement is subject the same privacy policies and security guidelines as any other documentation submitted through Cognito Forms.
