Sherwood Scuba sells a defective BC. It is not up-to-code and doesn't provide customers with the necessary contact information to fix the problem. Thomas Cranmer from Undercurrent had a problem when he received his BC. Thomas emailed Sherwood twice. He filled out the "Contact Us Form" but was not able get an answer. In addition, there is no physical address listed on Sherwood's website. He sent a signed letter to the Irvine address in California. But that letter was returned without a forwarding address.
