Sherwood Scuba has a problem with its BC. It's not up to standard and doesn’t give customers the information they need to resolve the matter. Thomas Cranmer, a reader of Undercurrent, experienced a problem with his BC. Thomas sent Sherwood two times and completed the "Contact Us” form. But, he couldn't get an answer. Sherwood's website doesn't list any physical addresses. He eventually wrote a letter certified to the Irvine, California address that was on the company's brochures. The letter was returned, but without a forwarding address.
